    Your IP has been blocked!

    The IP address 79.103.198.181 has been blocked for trying to log in to SFTP with the wrong password too many times. To prevent this from happening again in the future please make sure your username and password are saved correctly in your SFTP client. You won't be able to continue to cPanel until an admin unblocks you. To request that your IP be unblocked

    there'sonly one option for 'SFTP' in filezilla;

    SFTP - SSH file transferprotocol

    host i putin the mentioned: johnny.heliohost.org

    Port: 1373

    Logon typenormal

    User: itcs

    passwordisthelast, an hour ago changed, thought maybe the last one wasn't accepted as in oraclebecause of too many special symbols, soi let' the system createone for me, which wassent by mail...

    so this can't be the reason..

    any idea?
