[Solved] Installing Apache mods

Hello, I'm new to this whole webhosting thing and I was wondering if it is possible to install Apache mods with HelioHost, in particular the mod called mod_xsendfile. It seems that in order to install and configure it properly, I would need to be able to do things that HelioHost doesn't allow users to do. Is this the case?
