I've reviewed festival.php and made some changes in the connections. Is there any visible change in the MySQL load? I guess I can't but, can I use any application in the cPanel to monitor the MySQL load of my website? Traffic is really low, so most of it I'm curious to see how it works. So, just wondering...

@bbh2o: Your website has been reactivated. If you still see a suspended page, clear your cache and try again. Do you need a cPanel password reset?

last 11th i received a message about my account being suspended, i followed the link and i thought it was fixed. today i also tried to reset the password and the account renewal, but all the time it says my account is suspended

I had the same problem so I followed your directions, and this is what I get:
