Yes. I attempted to access the page via proxy and it worked fine. I dont understand what can be done ... please advise. If it is not resolvable half of the country will not be able to view any heliohost hosted pages, let alone mine as O2 is the largest provider. thanks for taking the time. Tony

Hi my site is tonymikes.ca login tonymike using wordpress. It would seem that anyone using the provider 02 telefonica in the czech republic recieves an ERROR 403 message. I checked and the ip i tested was 83.208.0.0 or 208.79.211.112 hostname for the connection is 167.213.broadband2.iel.cz if i read it correctly It seems that anyone using the provider O2 recieves the same fatal message. I cant even login to heliohost from a computer using that provider. Is it being blocked by the provider or by your server? I have tried everything to make sure its not linked to issues on my side.... Im keen to know what can be done Regards Tony
