Technically I can't say I am enjoying the new Ricky server it is a lot slow and lagging and even crash at times. I just hope to gain access to PayPal, donate and move to Tommy Worst server I have ever used on heliohost

So I installed my backup from the previous crashed Ricky server to the new Ricky server but after setting up all datas and installing all files and sql documents my website shows CONNECTION PROBLEM Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. my account was suspended when i wanted to sign in yesterday, i also tried to sign in to my cpanel but it said my username nd passkey is wrong. I then tried to use "heliohost renew script" but it also said my account is not valid or my username is not found in the database. I will be grateful if any admins can help me activate it pls.
