I was always login from the previous session logged out link/opened tab

Now that I reactivated with the provided Krydos link my account is activated but I do not know why it got flagged as inactive as I have been login in very often even I requested a full backup from the cpanel on the 11th of January. Probably I was login in from a different kind of login link, I will bookmark those login links then. Thanks for the quick response and great hosting!

Thank you for your quick response. I have been login in on the last 30 days, even on the last 7 days, I have done a backup from the cpanel on the 11th of January Also now I am getting an invalid login error when trying to access my cpanel
