[Solved] PostgreSQL database permission denied on Tommy2 despite Plesk assignment

Hello HelioHost support,

I am hosting the domain kietchaukg.helioho.st on Tommy2. Plesk shows the PostgreSQL database kietchaukg_cinemind and database user kietchaukg_cinemind_app assigned to that database.

The application connects to localhost:5432 with that role, but every database-backed request fails with:

SQLSTATE 42501: permission denied for database kietchaukg_cinemind

I recreated the empty database and recreated the user assignment in Plesk, tested a subscription-wide database-user assignment, and rotated the database-user password. The application health endpoint works, and the error remains 42501 rather than an authentication error, so the role can reach PostgreSQL but lacks database CONNECT/ownership.

Could you please grant CONNECT and correct the ownership/ACL for kietchaukg_cinemind so kietchaukg_cinemind_app can run migrations and create its schemas? No password or API key is included here.
