survisi1 Posted September 2 Posted September 2 I wonder why my account (Survisi1) was suspended without any warning. You moved it from Johnny to Morty/trial, even though I didn't request it, so it was kind of imposed on me. I have three websites on this account; two personal website for two poets and writers and a website for a poetry magazine + one for a small non-profit poetry publishing at survisionmagazine.com. Yes, the latter had 4 book-selling pages, which we were in the process of moving out of this website - and were a day or two away from completing this move and deleting these pages before you suspended our account and locked us out of our files. Kind of cruel, don't you think?

Alternately, we can reset your account to remove the commercial website, and you will need to take the commercial website elsewhere. Plesk themselves specifically complained about your site being hosted on the nonprofit licenses, so it cannot be hosted on our free or donor plans.

I hope you will allow me to keep the 2 non-commersial sites + the non-commersial half of the main site. For that, I will need an access to my files. Can you do it for me? Thanks. wolstech Posted September 2 Posted September 2 Unsuspended. Please remove the commercial content within 24 hours and let us know when completed so we can move you back to the free server. If you do not notify us within 24 hours that this has been completed, you will be suspended again.

wolstech Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Thanks for the update. Since Plesk complained about this one, I'm going to escalate this to Krydos just to make sure everything that needs to be removed has been removed, then we will move you back to your original server.

If you're in the US it would need to be issued by the IRS. Other countries will have a similar registration. survisi1 Posted September 3 Author Posted September 3 For the sake of clarity, only one of your emails of May 29 contained a warning about a commercial site that shouldn't be on Tommy or Johnny. I didn't ignore it but started moving commercial pages elsewhere, which I completed earlier today. I am recovering from abdominal surgery these days, so my working hours are limited, which is why this process took me five days. Now, we are in Ireland, not in the US. We are registered as a poetry magazine, because this is what we were when we started 9 years ago. We may re-register as a nonprofit now that the magazine is defunct, but this takes time. In the meantime, I guess the best way to proceed is to just move the account back to Johnny or Tommy, as our site has no commercial pages now. Many thanks in advance.

I must have missed the email/message where you said you were moving the site, and you needed extra time.
