[HH#676723] add domain names to my account

Hello,

Your support ticket system times out on your website so I could not send
you a ticket. I am a new client and would like to add some domains to my
account. My username is milo_bunny

please add the following domains

grecoff.com
grecoff.ca
mirsltd.com


Also will it be possible to add any subdomains?

I have the domain swim4alzheimers.ca with you and it is currently hosted at
google sites. But I would like a staging ground for this domain. Can I
have something like test.swim4alzheimers.ca as another domain hosted with
you?

The 2 .com and the 1 .ca have been added. I also created the subdomain test on the swim4alzheimers.ca domain. If you want to host swim4alzheimers.ca somewhere else make sure you log in to Cloudflare and set the test subdomain to use the A record 65.19.154.94 and the AAAA record 2001:470:1:1ee::2002

Regarding the support ticket system timing out, I checked the IPs you've logged in from and it looks like you got caught up in a firewall rule. We've had quite a lot of traffic from Amazon, Anthropic, OpenAI crawling our sites so aggressively lately that we go offline entirely due to the volume of their crawling. I've added your IP to a whitelist so you won't get blocked again.

I see all that now.

I do plan to host swim4alzheimers.ca with heliohost, I note now that the
files repository for all domains are under their specific domain names
except for swim4alzheimers.ca. That one is the "httpdocs" repository. Is
it possible to create or rename that repository to "swim4alzheimers.ca"

We could change your main domain to something else such as milobunny.helioho.st and then re-add swim4alzheimers.ca as an addon domain instead of your main domain. The main domain always has that httpdocs name, but any addon domains or subdomains show up with the domain name as the directory. One catch with the above plan, is if you remove a domain, and then immediate re-add it the account has a tendency to break so rather than trying to fix that mess over and over we just require people to do a full account reset, which deletes all files and settings, and you start over with just 1 main domain. Seems excessive and too much work for kind of pointless directory name preference to me.

other domains as additional.

Ok, your main domain has been changed to milobunny.helioho.st which points to httpdocs, and all the other domains have been re-added pointing to the directory that matches the domain's name.
