WSGI control access is only available on Morty.

so we (Johnny user) can't use Flask any longer?

Flask is still available on Johnny, but you will have to wait for an Apache restart for cached code to clear.

This feature used to be available on Johnny and Tommy during its beta period, however the amount of memory it uses ultimately led us to restrict it to Morty. In fact, it's so heavy that having this feature enabled on Morty will automatically get you an overage fee for memory usage. It's one of the heaviest features we offer in terms of resources.
