wolstech Posted August 4 Posted August 4 I have no idea...your account is not out of space even after a recalc. Krydos will need to look at why this is throwing a quota exceeded error when the quota is not exceeded....
Krydos Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.
Krydos Posted August 4 Posted August 4 You're storage limit is 3000 MB and you're currently using 4055 MB. Here is a detailed breakdown of your storage space usage. Backups 446.27 MB Emails 0 MB Files 2999.93 MB Trash 0 MB Logs 392.59 MB PSQL 0 MB MariaDB 216.75 MB Total 4055.54 MB 4.0K /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/httpdocs 17M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/hyflowmarine.com 439M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/nourscene.pro 20M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/bsmdocsclearance.com 50M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/erp.bsmdocsclearance.com 20M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/expansionjointsuae.com 644K /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/easybillsy.online 129M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/filter-hub-uae.online 282M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/demo.futuredynesystems.com 12K /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/.composer 8.0K /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/.ssh 8.0K /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/private 3.2M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/doctorajayan.com 7.8M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/deemabaya.com 280M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/erp.deemabaya.com 26M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/futuredynesystems.com 17M /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/unitedglassqatar.com 1.7G /home/pm.futuredynesystems.com/gaarnispharma.com The only obvious thing I can see to delete is the 446 MB backup, but that wouldn't be enough to get you under the 3000 MB limit. It may just be that you need to upgrade your storage to 4000 MB with the link provided above.
vivekrajan007 Posted August 4 Author Posted August 4 Dear admin, i have proceeded with the payment as you suggested. Thank you so much for the correct guidance.
Krydos Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Your account appears to be in good shape again. You're at 3611 MB out of 4000 MB, and your domains are no longer showing the 503 error. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
vivekrajan007 Posted August 4 Author Posted August 4 Thanks again. Just a suggestion , it would be great if in the future a warning can be sent to my email if I'm nearing the limit. Thank you Krydos !
Krydos Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Yes, warning emails when you get close to exceeding the limit is something we are planning on adding. We've also been discussing making Morty unlimited storage, but you get charged a little extra if you exceed your current permanent limit. That way people aren't shocked to suddenly find their website suspended. Our plan for the billing is to charge $0.0137 per day per 1000 MB over the limit. If you're exactly 1000 MB over your limit for a full 365 days that would be an extra cost of $5.0005 per year. Therefore there is still an incentive for people to do the permanent $5 upgrade if they plan on using the account for more than 1 years, and people who already have storage upgrades don't feel cheated by the new unlimited storage plan. What are your thoughts on unlimited Morty storage space?
vivekrajan007 Posted August 4 Author Posted August 4 I think that's a great approach , gives me flexibility without unexpected disruption. Fully support it. 1
Krydos Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Thanks for the feedback. The whole point of Morty is to avoid suspensions. No inactivity suspensions, no high memory suspensions, no high CPU suspensions, no high bandwidth suspensions. Adding no storage usage overage suspensions just continues the trend of uninterrupted webhosting. 1
