aegisflow Posted August 3 Posted August 3 Hi HelioHost Support Team, I am having an issue where outgoing emails from my domain are blocked by Gmail due to failed SPF/DKIM authentication. Account & System Details: Server: Tommy2 (tommy2.heliohost.org) Domain: aegisflow.helioho.st Sender Email: niuma@aegisflow.helioho.st Outgoing IP: 65.19.154.94 Issue Description: Gmail Bounce Error: Emails sent to Gmail are rejected with error 550-5.7.26: "Your email has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated. Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM." DKIM = did not pass, SPF [aegisflow.helioho.st] with ip: [65.19.154.94] = did not pass. DNS TXT Records Not Resolving: I have already enabled DKIM settings in the control panel. However, querying the DNS records publicly via nslookup -type=txt aegisflow.helioho.st returns *** Can't find aegisflow.helioho.st: No answer. Thank you for your assistance!
wolstech Posted August 3 Posted August 3 This is actually by design. Our DNS zones do not come with those configured by default. You have to request them if you need email support. I tried to set it up for you, but it failed due to the new Tommy2 not being configured correctly on the management server (another "new server" issue like the load yesterday that was missed during configuration). Escalating to Krydos. 1
Krydos Posted August 3 Posted August 3 DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain aegisflow.helioho.st. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be. 1
