Memory Usage After Suspension: My domain has been suspended, but the dashboard stats still show over 200MB of RAM usage. Could you check if there are background processes still running, or if this is just a cached statistic? 2. Could I please change my main domain to mule.helioho.st? If that name is already taken, please set it to mulemew.helioho.st instead. Additionally, could you please add the following domains to my account? - ifree.heliohost.us - pixelshare.heliohost.us - aegisflow.heliohost.us - mule.heliohost.us? wolstech Posted August 2 Posted August 2 On my side, your account is not showing as suspended (though it should be considering the memory usage). It looks like you disabled your domain manually in Plesk, which won't actually stop your processes. I'm not sure why the whole account didn't suspend itself. If it had suspended itself correctly, your memory usage would've dropped to zero because suspension kills all of your processes. The load itself is coming from a node application that is using too much memory. Escalating to Krydos to see why you didn't get suspended. The server you are on was just recently rebuilt, so odds are something isn't working correctly. We can worry about the domains after we get the load issue figured out.

wolstech Posted August 2 Posted August 2 I just manually suspended you until we get this figured out. That should kill the node app.
Krydos Posted August 2 Posted August 2 Yeah, I forgot to enable high load suspensions on Tommy2. We use the same template to clone Morty servers too so I set it to not suspend high load by default so if we clone a Morty server people don't accidentally get suspended.
wolstech Posted August 2 Posted August 2 Unsuspended. Please do not run that node app here again unless you either reduce its memory consumption or move to Morty. It is way too heavy to run on Tommy. It would run on Morty, but there will be overage fees for running it due to the resources needed. The account and domains can take up to 2 hours to function.
