vvenet Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago (edited) Hello dear Heliohost team, dear @Krydos and @wolstech, I read on Helionet.org that there were problems with the webmail and email of the Tommyy server. As far as I know, I am on the Johnny server. I also eperience e-mail problems. Problem 1: For all my active domains in my account, I have activated webmail. Nevertheless, I can not login to the webmail area. When I enter the e-mail address and password, I get this message: "Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log." And sometimes I also get this message on my screen: "502 Bad Gateway", which won't let me enter the e-mails address and password at all. Question: how to login into webmail? Problem 2: I login into Plesk. There I found out that on one of my domains in my account, at the "Track Email Delivery" section, I have 4 e-mails delayed. However, when I check these 4 delayed e-mails, it indicates "8 items total" but I can not see the items. So there seems to be a discrepancy between the "4 delayed e-mails", "8 items total" and none of those e-mails are displayed. Please see attached screenshots. wolstech Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago The intermittent 502 error is going to be Apache restarting...that's normal for Johnny. As for the 500 error and the mail delays, we're looking into that for you. The 500 error in Roundcube especially appears to be affecting everyone, as I can reproduce it on my test account too. Quote

vvenet Posted 16 hours ago Author Posted 16 hours ago [UPDATE] Dear @wolstech, Problem 1 has been solved. I can login into my webmail now. 🙂 Problem 2 still exists. But instead "4 delayed e-mails", "8 items total", it is now "6 delayed e-mails", "7 items total" and later the error message "Request failed with status code 500". Please see attached screenshots. wolstech Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Krydos is still working on it. The mail server on Johnny is (was) broken due to missing certificate files. Tommy had this issue a few weeks ago. We'll let you know when its fixed. Quote
