Yes, you can change the username. In order to change the username you must request a full reset. This wipes all of your files and settings and restores your account back to the default state. You are also allowed to choose a new username during the reset.

Sometimes people ask about changing their username, but they actually mean they want to change their main domain. If this is the case you can just tell us the new main domain you want, and we can change it for you. Changing the main domain doesn't require a full reset, but we still recommend taking frequent backups and downloading off the server to make sure you don't lose anything important.
