Hi!, I just subscribe to a morty account and paid 10 usd. Then you sent me a link to make my account.

I chose my name: petitseb
then did a password.

But when I fill up my name and password, or I also tried email and password.
I 'm told there is" no account found with that user name"


So... I can't access to my account that I just pid for.

Can you help me resolve the problem?

Never mind, we found it. It looks like you didn't finish the sign-up process, try clicking the link in the invite email again and see if it will let you finish. On our end, it shows you never submitted a password or domain info.

Sure you can start the installation process, but you won't be able to see the website on your domain until the DNS propagates.

Also, if you need any additional domains added, just let us know. You can have up to 10 different domains on your account at once, but we have to add the extras on our side if you need them.
