[Solved] I need to wipe the data and start over please

Hi, well that, I need to start over I'm having troubles with a laravel project and after the troubleshooting, the I can do is a fresh start, can you help me? please.
Edit: It says in the Start Over page that I need to tell you guys the username: ossvrc.
