I'm escalating your support request to our root admins for fulfilling, but until you answer with that information, they will be unable to go any further. Krydos Posted March 18, 2023 Share Posted March 18, 2023 Normally we would need to know the database name and the username, but I checked your account and there is only 1 postgresql database and only 1 user so I enabled remote connections to that.
