I have an issue with the forum usage. Namely whenever I try to post a message or reply to an existing thread (in Questions), I get the following error message: That email address is in use by another member. Do you need to reset your password? My email in use in Heliohost account is matti.ylen@gmail.com. This error message might possibly be due to the fact that I had many years ago already an Heliohosting account, but I do not remember anymore what was the email at usage a that time. Could you please check if there is double account with double email existing in your system ? and if so, please remove the older account. And if the cause of the error lies somewhere else could you please try to fix it so that I could start using the forum. During hosting account signup if there is an existing forum account using the same email address a new one isn't created for you. If you've forgotten the password for your old forum account you can try resetting the password, but we've had some reports from users that the forum emails never arrive. If this is the case for you too let us know and we can email out a temporary password so you can regain access to your forum account.

Try again in 14 minutes? after trying obviously too many times to login. Is the? ?Display Name REQUIRED? in the login dialog the same as email? ?- My old username from the year 2017 is ?mp54214? but for some reason I forgot to write down what I used as the username yesterday when signing up again into Heliohosting. ?Should I try to use that old username (mp54214) now and the old password while logging in or the newer one. Do you actually see what is my new username or is it now so, that it was not saved anywhere yesterday at all? A bit strangely enough, I have since yesterday?s account creation been able to login into the Plesk (at https://tommy2.heliohost.org:8443/login_up.php?success_redirect_url=%2Fsmb%2Fdatabase%2Flist%2FdomainId%2F1088) with the NEW credentials without any problems. Apparently, it seems, that forums and the Plesk have different usernames and passwords. If it still doesn't work, we can send you a new password for the forum account. As for Plesk working properly, the forum and Plesk+dashboard use different databases and are entirely separate accounts internally, we just create both for you with the same username and password when you sign up. In your case, the email was already taken on the forum so that one was skipped. Once you get access to the forum, you can request a username change for the forum account if you want them to match.
