I even tried forgot password and that didn't send anything either. I hope you can help with this. Thank you.

Krydos Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 I took a look at it, and there were some issues with the forum emails. The from header was admin@helionet.org but the envelope-from header was apache@brody.heliohost.org so the emails weren't perfect. I edited it so the from and envelope-from headers are both admin@helionet.org now so hopefully that helps. Gmail is really sensitive about spam and there's really nothing else we can do on our end now that the emails are perfect. Gmail might still send them to spam. The only other thing you can do is contact Gmail and ask them to deliver emails from @helionet.org and @heliohost.org to your inbox. If you can't get a hold of Gmail support the other option is switching to another email provider that does deliver our emails to your inbox.
