wolstech Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 I don’t see a Wordpress install, just a bunch of files that appear to be content for your website. It doesn’t look like WP is even installed. Did you actually install WP? If so, did you put the files inside of public html?
vicky9 Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 Hello Root AdminI uploaded my SQL database and all the files and i checked that they are located in public html. The public html has 2 folders , cgi-bin and Myfolder, Myfolder contains htdocs.Should everything be under public html ? Meaning to change their folder path?
vicky9 Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 I think the information i didn't change in wp-config is/** MySQL hostname */define( 'DB_HOST', '????????????' ); What is the database hostname for heliohost?
Guest pooks Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 I can see the site if I go to https://cyprusfriendly.com/htdocs/ but if you want it to show up under https://cyprusfriendly.com/ I recommend moving the wp files out of htdocs and put it under public_html
vicky9 Posted October 31, 2019 Posted October 31, 2019 I'm still struggling with the matter. Your suggestion gave me some idea but it did not solve the problem completely. I have to check the migration process better.Thank you for taking the time to reply.

When I say delete all your files, I only mean EITHER: 1) the WP files within htdocs Or 2) All the files within public_html. It might actually be for the better.
