He's using an android phone to view his emails, and I'm thinkingthat the emails are being put in his spam folder, but he doesn't knowhow to check that. Do you think that's the problem? Do you know how hecan fix that so he can receive emails from my helio host sub domain?

You can check your spam score by sending one of your mailing list emails to https://www.mail-tester.com/ If you get 10/10 then that means you've done everything you can to get your email to their inbox. If you get less than a perfect score let us know what it says, and we can help you get the issues fixed.
