[HH#94147] FTP Problem

Username: pmsp90, Server: Johnny, Main domain: pmsptest.heliohost.org

 

Hello,

 

On Monday I registered an account on helihost (jonny server).

 

The username is pmsp90

 

I'm trying to connect to server via FTP. I've created a new ftp account from the cPanel.

 

I downloaded the config file for FileZilla but it doesn't work.

 

I've also tried using different clients but all the times it doesn't work with the message "Impossibile to connect to the server".

 

I've also tried using the main ftp account (the Special FTP Account), but without success.

 

Could you help me?

Host: johnny.heliohost.org

Port: 21

Protocol: FTP

Logon type: Normal

Username: <same as cpanel>

Password: <same as cpanel>

Be sure the encryption is set to None / Plain Ftp (insecure). FileZilla defaults to ftp over TLS, which we don't support on Johnny.
