Hello,

Sorry for my bad english, translated with google translate.

My site is javier.heliohost.org

When I try to update the SSL certificate, an error appears and I can not install it.

The error is as follows:

The certificate could not be installed on the domain "javier.heliohost.org".

error The "/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd" command (process 26670) reported error number 1 when it ended.

httpd: Syntax error on line 468593 of [Test Configuration File]: Expected </VirtualHost> but saw </VirtualHost>62.211.131:80>

I hope it can be solved soon.
Thank you very much.

I also have this issue. For a couple of days I've been trying to get ssl cetificates installed by following the ssl tutorial.

The error I get is:
The certificate could not be installed on the domain “pwdpic.heliohost.org”.

error: The “/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd” command (process 22626) reported error number 1 when it ended.

httpd: Syntax error on line 468841 of [Test Configuration File]: Expected </VirtualHost> but saw </VirtualHost>62.211.131:80

The thing is, it seems like the certificates have been saved to my account as I can autofill and load them (Let's Encrypt) without any issue. It's just that they aren't installed on the server side.

I hope a root admin can look into this issue for us.

If you're interested in having SSL on your site we strongly recommend transferring to Tommy. On Tommy all domains come with SSL automatically installed, and when the certificate gets close to expiring it automatically updates it for you.

Johnny has these types of errors frequently because it is an experimental server, and has high load frequently. When the load is high it can cause long running processes like SSL installation to error out.
