wolstech Posted October 4, 2016 Posted October 4, 2016 Johnny's cPanel is no longer functional and inactivity suspensions no longer apply to Johnny accounts due to the damage. You must use FTP to transfer your files. The username and password are the same as for cPanel. The host name is johnny.heliohost.org. If your client requires a connection type, the server supports either Plain FTP or Explicit FTP over TLS. Your databases have been backed up for you and are saved in your home directory as .sql files that can be used to restore the database to another server. Please be sure to download these when you download your data if you need the databases. Note that data stored using the InnoDB database engine is not recoverable at this time.
