[Inactive] The Other Mail Server-Handled Email At The Hosted Domain Couldn't Receive A Mail From The Server Of The Domain

For example, the HelioHost server is hosting the domain named "example.com".

And the e-mail "report@example.com" under that domain name is handled by other popular mail server, as the MX record of "example.com" is mail handled by this mail server.

When I use the other email, for example as "mail@other.com" to receive an email from "example.com", this email can recieve a mail from it.

But why the email "report@example.com" couldn't receive a mail from the server of "example.com"?

I also try to receive a mail using the other email that is handled by the mail server that's the same as the mail server of "example.com" and it's still recieving email from the domain.

I don't think the question on Stack Overflow would be able to help him to understand your problem. It has the same contents as your first post in this thread.

You could give the steps that you did (separated into short sentences), the result you expected, and the result that showed up instead. Also, please use directly the e-mail instead of using pronouns to easily distinguish the e-mails from each other.

Okay, for example, the IP of the domain name example.com is pointed to the IP of HelioHost. But the MX of the domain name is handled by the other mail server.

When I test the email account mail@example.com, it can receive and send emails. But when I try to register with the email mail@example.com to the WordPress-powered site in the domain example.com that's hosted by HelioHost, it can't recieved email from the site such as confirmation message or whatever.
