Here's the guide on how to move your account http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account When a time and date is scheduled for a cPanel upgrade on Stevie there will be a news post letting you know. Until then the answer is "sometime", and more recently the answer can be further refined to "sometime that is not when one of the three servers has been down for 28 hours straight."
