  2. Hi. As it happens from time to time, my .war isn't deploying on Tomcat for some reason. Usually it's Tomcat itself needing a restart, I think. Can you guys please look into it? Thanks.
  3. Your account is in the queue to receive java support. Based on the last 30 accounts to receive java on your server your estimated install date is 2020-11-13. For the java hosting to be enabled on my server, I need to wait for this much time ? this is too much wait... please do something. And thanks for the rest of the free services. my details are below... username : tushar11 server : tommy domain : tushar11.heliohost.org
  4. Good morning, I recently asked for Java to be reinstated to my account (it was removed due to a Tomcat service problem, I believe). Then, once I got back to cPanel > Java, I uploaded two WAR files to be deployed. I can see the files in the file manager, but the Java section does not see them. The only option I have is the Upload WAR button. I can't deploy any of my WAR files. --- I know war deployment can take a while, but I don't think it should be that long for the platform to initially see the files. Thanks in advance for your help.
  5. Hi, this morning I tried deploying my .war while the server was down and now it's stuck like that. Can someone please help me with it? Tank you very much in advance.
  6. Hi team, since this morning my paged hosted on Tomcat are always responing with a 503 error response. I tried to re-deploy my Java app from the Java Tomcat section, but the deploy is failing with errors (even if I tested it in local and it is working fine). Can you please help on that? User: shufflyDomain: shuffly-backend.heliohost.org Thanks for the support
  7. Hi team, without any action my Java WAR application went down about 2 hours ago. I am trying to deploy it again from the Java Tomcat section, but the deploy is failing with errors. Is it possible to know the reason? Everything was working fine until 2 hours ago and I did not change anything within it. User: shuffly Domain: shuffly-backend.heliohost.org Thanks for the support

Can you give me assistance, please? Thanks in advance!
  9. Hi team, my Java application stopped working without any modification since yesterday at around 10:30 PM EST timezone. The application was working fine until that moment. Since then, without any modification, it stopped responding and it is now giving a 404 error response. I tried to upload and deploy again my WAR file, but it does not change anything. Moreover, I tested the WAR file on a Tomcat server in my local machine, and it is working fine without any problem. Can you please check the reason of this problem? My user is "shuffly", my domain is "shuffly-backend". Thanks a lot
  10. Hi team, yesterday I uploaded a new version of the WAR file to update my webapp and then I clicked on the deploy button. 14. Hi, I posted an answer her link I'm aware that if this configuration file is wrong every tomcat host instance (every single Tomcat user) will fail, and their website will not be available untill the server.xml is fixed. But, each user should be able to configure at least his host to improve functionalities and performances : -Pure Tomcat SSL configuration -War root path url -connection pool ... So you cannot let anyone edit this file manually, you can't edit it each time an user need it, and we need to configure it when we need it... So as a request I created my own thread, is this possible to create a link in the panel with a simple form. This form will send xml lines, and the server will put those line in the user host inside the server.xml ? I know you have a lot of things to do, that's why I may be able to help you and send you my work if you can tell me in wich language I need to dev that. We really need this Thank you
  15. Hello, I'm new and Fench so I'm sorry for my English I read the FAQ (ok) I'm on Jhonny for now, I wanted to use Tomcat, Bad surprise : The delay : July 28 2018 Is there any way to do it faster ? Donation ? I'll send you my kidneeeeeeeey ! hrum. If we can't accelerate the process I guess I'll need to move to Tommy : (In Tommy there is no free account, I need to donate, right ?) Or I just need to donate when I want to move my account from Jhonny to Tommy without removing my account ? ( http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account is not clear for now sorry ) At this point I needed to log out log in etc and .. drama Before I say anything I just want to ask few question for clarifications : Am I the only one failing 75% of the time when I log In ? When I manage to log in it takes 2 minutes, same time to log out (i'm on optical wires) When I finally Ioged in and I click on the cPanel link : ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Internal server Error 500 The cPanel Server operation timed out at cpsrvd.pl line 531.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- cpsrvd/11.62.0.16 Server at johnny.heliohost.org #GodPleaseKillMe Are these known issues ? I just want to know if all of this is normal, I'm not angry at all for anything because I know it's a free service, and I'm pleased for your work on creating and improving HelioHost. That's just ... that, I really want to work, and without any explanation I just feel a bit frustrated I'm Fench Thank you for your answers and clues, have a nice day

  21. Hi all, Wonderful service so far, really happy with this website. I'm running a Java server on Tommy, and I notice that it gets restarted or put to sleep regularly. Is this intended? The server I'm running was designed to run constantly. I need to regularly access a servlet page in order to keep the matchmaking service running. Cheers, Tommygun
  22. i want Some Information Regarding ( Java Compiler & Apache Tomcat ) on Heliohost. Does Heliohost Server's Supports Java Compiler 1.7 , 1.8 & Apache Tomcat v8.0 , v8.5 .. ? Thx.....
  23. Hi team, I have few questions regarding the Tomcat installation: 1) I am able to reach my website over HTTPS, for example: https://shuffly-backend.heliohost.org/. Anyway, I am not able to reach the war application in my Tomcat over HTTPS, it works only over HTTP. Is it possible to extend the HTTPS protection to the Tomcat applications too? 2) Is there a way for us to read the Tomcat logs? It would be very helpful to check my war logs. As an alternative, can I configure my application to log in an accessible folder visible from the File Manager webpage (as an example, /home/shuffly/logs/)? Thanks for the support!
  24. I am new in real hosting. My johnny account is recently enabled java. I want to test this simple war file on heliohost. My user name is 'cp' and my war file name is 'helloweb.war'. Thanks.
