I accidentally redirected my domain robertzou.com to *robertzou.com (I thought it was wildcard). The result was my domain robertzou.com redirecting to %2A.robertzou.com. I deleted that redirect. I am still wondering why my domain still redirects to %2A.robertzou.com on my main computer (the one I made the redirect on), but not on another computer or incognito tab.

Hi, I'm having problems with my domain. My URL redirects to something called brody.heliohost.org. I have attached an image of this. Because of this I can not install SSL, because this redirection happens with https://. I need http:// to be there to validate the site ownership. Event, I added a test index.php file to test, it also doesn't show. Please check and help me. Thank you.

I want to add domain (free one like .tk) that will point out to one of my domain. for example. I register example.tk and would like it to point out to patents.heliohost.org/example/ but do not update the visitor's url. This way the entire relatie urls also points to exmaple.com directly. for eg. If I point example.tk/practical it should point to patents.heliohost.org/example/practical. I tried url redirect but it takes me to example.tk/example/practical. I don't want to play with all the things in cpannel that I don't understand which can break the site. Someone please point out the right way.

I had an account on the now dearly-departed Stevie server that went offline in December. I don't believe I need to delete my old account as it was already trashed by the drive failure. (I checked the account recovery page and it did not find my username or email address there.) In addition to the main username.heliohost.org domain, I also had two .com and .net domains that were associated with it that I want to use as alias(es). If/when I sign up for a new hosting account on one of the other servers (Tommy seems to be popular right now), will I be able to reuse these parked domains on the new server? Almost as though I had never had the previous account at all? Are the DNS entries the same, and the records should populate (I think is the term) after a period of time to where the .com and .net domains resolve to this new account, or will I need to get in touch with my domain registrar to change the DNS to point to a new server?

Hi, I can see no option in Apache modules in control panel to change URL Mapping. As you know, home directory "/" is stuffed with many items (cgibin folder, softaculous scripts, etc....). So, I see it`s safer designating another folder (such as"user/home/s" and setting site home variable to that folder instead of "user/home". My idea is that, files, srcipts, folders created and transferred by FTP should go to that folder, so that it shall be safer to delete contents and upload newer ones without fearing of deleting other basic files by mistake. This is possible by an Apache feature called "URL Mapping", but I can`t see it here, so, my question is: Is this feature available here? IF yes, how to access it? If no, is there any other way to do this? Note1: The best known solution is to change home path variable.. and I know how to do this with Apache, but this feature "URL Mapping" does not seem to be available here. Is there any another way to change home path variable, that is supported here? Note2: I may set a 301 redirect that redirects "/home/user/public_html/s/index.html" to "/home/user/public_html/index.html", but I`d like to check there are no problems here. It is more familiar to redirect a home directory to another directory, and not vice-versa... Well, how about "CNAMEs"? I was creating CNAMEs to redirect longer to shorter paths (for example:mail.domain.com instead of mail.google.com/a/domain)...well, I want to verify there`s no problem using it to change paths as described above. Hey guys, I am using stevie to host my domian. And I am finding some issues with it. First thing is: painfully slow image loads. I mean they take forever to load and the spinning wheel just keeps spinning. If by some devilish luck, it does stop, the image is not displayed. Also can any one tell me how i can redirect from my domain to my subdomain? Thanks and Regards

I installed wordpress via softaculous. but there seem to arise a problem when I open the main domain http://www.sagarbisural.tk/ it redirects me to http://www.sagarbisural.tk/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi. but other pages like http://www.sagarbisural.tk/sample-page/ is working fine. can someone help me to solve the problem ?
