  1. Hi! username:ricardo_sdl It seems that I can't access the plesk panel on the tommy server, I'm getting the time out error message. I accessed last night (around here utc-3:00) and it worked, I guessed that it could be a problem with my new account (created yesterday) but I'm not able to access today. Thanks!
  2. User: fasouza | Server: Tommy | Domain: fasouza.eu.org Hi, it's me Mario! again. I did some test with Grav and I've found two issues that didn't happen when I was running it on cPanel's version of Tommy. I totally understand if it is caused by features not available yet (or even removed ones) but since I'm not sure if that's the case I'm posting here to get some help (aka: to know if I didn't screw up when restoring my backup). First issue: When I try to run Grav's backup tool I get the following errors on my logs (and the backup isn't done): Second issue: When I try to access Grav's scheduler I get the following exception: If someone can help me with those issues (or just clarify if they're features unavailable/removed) I'd be really thankfull.
  3. Hi all, Something weird happened just now and I'm a little freaked. Three things, actually. Some background: I run a Ghost site on Heroku, which uses a HelioHost database via "remote MySQL". Today, the site failed to startup due to an application timeout, which I assume was a timeout while trying to connect to the database (it was working fine in the morning so I can't think of any other explanation). When I tried to sign in, the password was rejected thrice. That might have been just me in a panic, but I know what my password's supposed to be, so was wondering if someone's broken in and changed it. In any case, I reset via email to a different one. After signing in, I tried opening phpMyAdmin to test the database, but it fails with an error: As a side note: Tommy's cPanel seems much slower than usual. This might be unrelated, but it may also explain all the errors (maybe the password checks and database calls all timed out). If possible, would you admins be able to do the following: Send me IPs and login times for my last 3 cPanel logins (I got the last one's IP, but I'm travelling so would need a couple others to compare). Maybe also password reset logs or something to see if there's anything suspicious.Look into phpMyAdmin and remote SQL and see if others are having issues tooNot sure what else, but maybe something in the syslogs to indicate what may be happening? Thanks in advance!
  4. Hi, I have an account on Ricky. When I access Ricky after connect to Internet(router logged in to ISP), I can access Ricky for about 5-10 minutes. But after that initial period Ricky stops responding, even to ping requests. I am able to ping/ access Tommy and Johnny, at the same time. My ISP does not provide Static IPs for home users, so the IP keeps changing every time router reconnects/ DCHP is reset. My current IP is 122.171.107.24@04:47UTC. Could you please help me figure this out and fix this issue? Thanks & Regards, Ramana Murthy.
  5. Hello again guys I've got a last question. I've noticed that my server is extremely laggy most of the times (loading a page can take 1-3 min), and making a sql request between 10s to 1 min even if it's just a SELECT with 1 row). Is it due to the fact it is a free server? Have I misconfigured something? Or is it a global issue to everyone? Have a good day. ____ EDIT : https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/29913-solved-500-internal-server-error-php-disabled/

  7. Um... Ever since johnny came online, it is suffering from (very) frequent overloading. Are admins looking at it, or is it to be considered the current normal behavior? Some time before the Big Crash, things went much more smoothly on johnny, and I guess some of the more active accounts have moved to stevie because of unacceptable downtime for them. In fact, the current load patterns are a lot like the problems johnny had right before the crash... Hopefully, we're not headed there again. Thanks, Asher
