Hi Team, Previously i was using Tommy server. After my account got archived i opened a support request https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/40988-suspended-my-account-is-suspended/ and heliohost team has sent me a new invitiation link for tommy. But whenever i visit that link and try to signup for the same, i am always getting Tommy as "Full". So i am not able to signup for Tommy. After so many tries i got Johny as a server. Can you please migrate my account from Johny to Tommy as previous. Thanks in advance.

Why is that stuff happening? Sorry for the inconvenience! The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

To HelioHost Admins, Sorry for the disturbance but my Heliohost account was suspended due to Idle or No activity. Username : ar7 I had not logged in via Heliohost account more than 30 days, because I was busy editing my website and I thought it wasn't necessary. Please unsuspend my account as fast as possible. Hi ! I have account at Ricky under user name life2 and have issue as under : 1) I can login to C-panel and can upload files etc. I am trying to migrate my Wordpress Website https://strokesupport.in to Ricky. 2) But if I change host file on my computer to point my domain to 64.62.211.134 and enter my domain name ( strokesupport.in ) it takes me to : https://ricky.heliohost.org/cgi-sys/inactivepage.cgi which asks me to renew my account using button provided there. 3) But when I try to renew using life2 user name and my password, it says account already active !! Please resolve, thanks much.

HelioHost was working fine yesterday except when I wake up and see one of the bots I always have HelioHost running was offline and I tried to run it, I got "Unable to access this page" and it said the account was suspended. I tried logging into it through the website itself and it just said it was suspended. No reason given. It could have been to something against the TOS in the code of one of my bots but I never run it on Heliohost. If it wasn't, it may have been server overload or something like that. The account username was gamerboi and the server it was on was Ricky. -

Sorry for the inconvenience. Earlier I was using one account with URL: 'http://vin355.heliohost.org'. I think the account related to this is suspended or archived as I can't find it anymore. Please check if you can recover the related account. This will be a great help for me. If you can recover it, I would like to delete all other accounts linked to my email address. -
