[Solved] Possible To Delete My Domain On Server Johnny?

Hi Helionet.org Discussion Forum, Thank-you for reading this post. I was wondering if it is possible for someone to please delete my domain: badvibesforcefield.heliohost.org I have backed up all my files via file transfer protocol (FTP). I tried to delete the domain myself but I think the fact that the filesystem on johnny is so broken that the program will not let me delete the domain. Thank-you for reading this post. I've been trying to install joomla manually with PostgreSQL, but neither connect to the DB, neither can login with phpPgAdmin, neither can delete the databases nor users. Hello, I am trying to remotely connect to Johnny Server by using pgAdmin III: I tried many things, looked at many FAQs and forums, but it looks like something needs to be done on the admin side. From this post, I can see it is possible to do it on Stevie, and I also tried it myself when I had a Stevie account (don't have it anymore). Here, I can see that someone managed to get pgAdmin connected to Johnny, and that is exactly what I would like to do. This is the post I wrote in April 2015 in the Customer Service section (probably the wrong section). My data is: Host: johnny.heliohost.org Port: 5432 Service: (empty) Maintenance DB: postgre Username: cecacons Password: (correct password) Attached, you can see a screenshot of the error message I get trying to connect remotely. I really hope someone can help me here, because I have run out of ideas. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I am trying to use git-ftp (with the following command: git ftp init --user user --passwd password sftp://mysite.heliohost.org:[sftp-port]/public_html/app -vv) and trying to connect through sftp to Johnny server, but I always get this error: * Failure initializing sftp session: Unable to request SFTP subsystem * Closing connection 0 curl: (2) Failure initializing sftp session: Unable to request SFTP subsystem Any ideias how this could be solved? Would it work in Stevie? Thanks! -
Hi, I am trying to deploy a Django App in Johnny, but it requires numpy. I tried to copy the numpy's source code into my public_folder and import it from there, but numpy is not supposed to be imported from the source tree, since it has some C libraries dependecies. Is it possible tha you would consider installing numpy and matplotlib in Johnny? I appreciate your attention. Best regards, Pedro

Greetings! Does anyone here think it's possible to run a dedicated Terraria server on Johnny? Here's some of the info: Terraria Server on Linux: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1949551 Terraria Server Wiki: http://terraria.gamepedia.com/Guide:Setting_up_a_Terraria_server I currently host my dedicated Terraria server locally on a headless Ubuntu server, it'd be nice to run it somewhere remotely at no cost and to take the burden off of my home network. The game is fairly basic and the client needs to have Terraria to play so it doesn't need much for resources. If I'm vastly off base but you know of a decent place to host a Terraria server that's free or low cost, I'm open to any suggestions as well. Thanks for any suggestions or comments.

Hi! I'm getting this error when I try to fix a problem I'm having with remote MySQL connection. I'm trying to unblock a host, since that's where my site is hosted. I get this Exception when I try to connect. exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000] [1129] Host 'acf.me.uk' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'' in /home/web/jemhunter/updcsconfe/dbtest.php:21 Stack trace: #0 /home/web/jemhunter/updcsconfe/dbtest.php(21): PDO-&--#62;__construct('mysql:host=john...', 'jemhuntr_admin', 'nottellingyou', Array) #1 {main} Any ideas on how I should do this? I'm not sure about how I can get elevated priviledges over the server, if that's even possible.

The server monitor (http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/) shows that Johnny has been UP since about 02:00UTC on 2014/07/14 ... but the Heliohost.org main page still has a red X for johnny's status. Why ? What linkage of automation or process controls the server status on the main Heliohost.org web page ?

I have had problems with the 500 out of memory error that I have seen some other people post about in regards to PHP scripts and the server called Johnny. Can I fix this issue if I remove some large files from my account? Will this give a performance increase? Thank-you for reading.

Hi please update server Stevie. Please update cpanel from 11.30.5 to 11.34.1 and update johnny to the latest version of cpanel please and please update Stevie's php to php 5.4 and update johnny php to php 5.5 please and also update MySQL to 5.3 please on Stevie and update MySQL on johnny to 5.6 please and please bump the storage from 500mb to 1gb on both servers please thanks
