I think I (my ip) was blocked from Ricky Server due to too many attempts to log in the SMTP service / cPanel service, I was doing that because I wanted to test something like Email Suspension etc. Please help me!

Hi! Just would like to check if heliohost has blocked access from certain ip address ? I can access my webpage with masked ip, so I guess my IP has been blocked. My host is evonlinedb I have to update some files through cron every hour, this action has caused the block? How can I prevent it? Access from italy Many thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to call a Gitlab API from my website, sadly the Gitlab repo is hosted at port 5000 which seems to be blocked by HelioHost. There probably isn't away around this, other than changing the Gitlab host to port 80, is there?

hello. my account has been locked due to some weird error that says password bashing or something. i don't remember exactly. i mistyped my password clicked back and resubmitted and mistyped again and finally my account got locked. says try again later. but is been a while it stopped working completely. i cannot access ftp or anything. i tried to reset password but that doesn't help because no matter what password i put it just doesn't let me attempt a login anymore. please help! thank you
