Hi Admin, I was using the Johnny server for the my website ,which is down due to some technical issue and as per your Facebook post downloaded the data from the provided link . Can you please tell me how to switch to some other existing server ? I am trying to login with my emailid its not working and my email-id already registered so i can't use it again for Signup. Hello, did anyone succeeded hosting Odoo CRM on Heliohost? I am asking this because I see that Odoo starts 2 cron jobs periodically (once in a second each) and I saw that more than two cron job runs a day are not welcome and I am a bit worried that the account might become suspended if I install Odoo.

hh_username: phantom2 (I already had an account under the same email for my new account. Something happened and it wouldn't allow me to login to my cpanel or open my site.) server: Johnny main domain: phantom2.heliohost.org I cleared the cache as recommend. I know that johnny can take sometime to activate accounts but I don't even get the option to login and refresh the page. cpanel might not be working or I'm just being really impatient. Also just wondering. When will there be enough space on Ricky for more users?

HelioHost main domain= maisun.heliohost.org wordpress directory [working site] maisun.heliohost.com/dir I wanted to connect my www.maisunmonowar.com to the wordpress directory. I entered name server setting in my domain provider site [namecheap]. It's been a week. but I still get "Account Queued" message. I cleared my browser cache. Use VPN. Called up a friend to check for me. Additionally, I believe I set "Addon Domain" settings. I think they are fine. But If I want to add it again now, it gives me a Apache error. Please guide me to solve this problem. I can start over the whole thing if necessary. My site is still placeholder.

[Solved] Account Archived Due To Inactivity

When I try to login into my Heliohost account I got a message that say "Your account has been archived due to inactivity". Can I get back my account? I also cannot login into cPanel using my account. -
I had created the account estrayer on tommy with my e-mail address. I intended to create a second account on ricky to test out a different idea, I mixed up what e-mail address I had used and set up a second account with the same e-mail as the first. Now when I login as estrayer it takes me to an empty account on ricky and I cannot figure out how to access my files on tommy. I have not done anything with my account on Ricky and am totally fine with that being removed. I would prefer to remain able to access my account already in use on Tommy. Please advise! -

Hi, just some help needed, i have an account here on heliohost but actually i want completely clear it and start afresh for a new domain will full space available. I cleared the public_html folder but it seems like there is other residual data too. Any way to clear all of that (inclusive of logs and all data) and kind of reset the account. If required, i have no objections with letting the account get into the queue of new accounts and waiting for it. All help would be appreciated. username: rutaj6

Account name: rivers Server: Tommy domain: krivers.co.uk That domain above is not the primary domain, but its on of the addon domains. I also tried to use the renew script but it doesn't seem to be working, it just appears to timeout. Thanks Rivers

Migration to Tommy has been succesful after all Stevie accounts were wiped, but as a leftover HelioNet account is locked saying "Sorry, you don't have permission for that!" everywhere. So please, I would like that account deleted or unlocked so i can reuse its email on this new account, thanks in advance. HelioNet account ID: likeraintofire

I had an account on the now dearly-departed Stevie server that went offline in December. I don't believe I need to delete my old account as it was already trashed by the drive failure. (I checked the account recovery page and it did not find my username or email address there.) In addition to the main username.heliohost.org domain, I also had two .com and .net domains that were associated with it that I want to use as alias(es). If/when I sign up for a new hosting account on one of the other servers (Tommy seems to be popular right now), will I be able to reuse these parked domains on the new server? Almost as though I had never had the previous account at all? Are the DNS entries the same, and the records should populate (I think is the term) after a period of time to where the .com and .net domains resolve to this new account, or will I need to get in touch with my domain registrar to change the DNS to point to a new server?

yesterday at midnight i created an account in Tommy server but when i try to login it says "Invalid Login" and to make sure when i request to reset my password i receive an email message and when follow the link in it and type my new password it says : "Uh oh, there was an error changing your password. The admins have already been notified of the problem, but if you would like us to manually change your password for you please contact support. You could also try reseting your password again." so definitely there is problem with my account can you help me ? my username is : "hamzaku" and thanks for you.

I was fisrt change my domain to bimusoft.tk, wait 2 days and try log in, but give error "Invalid login" After some times change password, open email, click to link, write new password and give error (CODE 500).
