  1. Hello there! My first cry for help. I am behind the firewalled network and no access to ports over 1000 is allowed. There is no way that I can influence on this to be changed so I can't access my cpanel since it's on 2082 port. But, I've found in your wiki this http://wiki.helionet.org/How_to_access_cPanel Sadly, I have tried this method and got nothing. It's like the subdomain does not even exist. I hope you'll figure out the problem. Thank you.
  2. Hi! Good day! Anyone who knows how to change my domain name? from matthewhalos.heliohost.org to pepschool.co.cc Thanks!
  3. Hi. For some reason, since the beggining of this week, I'm unable to login to my account on the Johnny server. 4. Dear Admins I have a problem with my joomla installation I have warnings. The PHP temporary directory is not set. The PHP temporary directory is the directory that PHP uses to store an uploaded file before Joomla! can access this file. Whilst the directory not being set isn’t always a problem, if you are having issues with manifest files not being detected or uploaded files not being detected, setting this in your php.ini file might fix the issue.” How I can I find this file please? Thanks very much!! u.u
  5. Hey! So my problem is that my site looks perfect when it's on fullscreen, but when you resize the browser window, it will go out of the screen from the right side. I'd like it to be like normal sites that, when you resize the window and it's about to go out of the screen, it will ignore the "margin" and glide to left corner and "attach/stick" to it. Everything in HTML is inside <div id="contain"> tag. I hope you understood, if you didn't ask for a better explanation. Thanks, Ermu. ----------CSS----------- @charset "utf-8"; /* CSS Document */ * { margin:0; padding: 0; } html, body { height: 100%; width: 100%; padding: 0; margin: 0; } #full-screen-background-image { z-index: -999; min-height: 100%; min-width: 100%; width: 100%; height: 100%; position: fixed; top: 0; left: 0; } h1 { font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:42px; color:#000000; text-align:center; text-decoration:underline; } h2 { font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:30px; color:#000000; text-align:left; text-decoration:underline; } h3 { font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:22px; color:#000000; text-align:left; text-decoration:none; } #contain { margin-left:25%; margin-top:4%; margin-right:25%; margin-bottom:0px; } #TBFLogo { margin-right:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:900px; height:500px; border-width:14px; border-bottom-width:0px; border-color:#000000; border-style:solid; background:url(Images/planks.png); } #Mainbox { margin-left:164px; margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; border-bottom-width:14px; border-right-width:14px; border-left-width:14px; border-top-width:14px; border-style:solid; border-color:#000000; position: relative; background:url(Images/planks.png); width:720px; padding-right:8px; padding-left:8px; padding-top:20px; padding-bottom:20px; } #Mainbox a { color:#00FF00; } #Sidebarbg { background:url(Images/planks.png); } #Sidebarlowestpad { border-bottom-width:0px; border-top-width:0px; border-right-width:0px; border-left-width:0px; border-style:solid; border-color:#000000; } #Sidebarblock { border-bottom-width:14px; border-top-width:0px; border-right-width:0px; border-left-width:0px; border-style:solid; border-color:#000000; } #Sidebar { margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; border-top-width:14px; border-bottom-width:14px; border-right-width:0px; border-left-width:14px; border-style:solid; border-color:#000000; position:absolute; background:url(Images/planks.png); width:150px; } #Sidebar ul { list-style-type: none; padding: 0; text-decoration:none; color:#000; } #Sidebar a { font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color:#000000; text-decoration:none; font-size: 130%; font-weight: bold; display: block; padding: 4px; padding-right:70px; } #Sidebar a:hover { background:url(Images/planksdark.png); color: #FFF; } #copyright { border-width:6px; border-style:solid; border-color:#000000; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:8px; margin-left:170px; margin-right:0px; width:724px; padding: 6px; font-style:oblique; font-weight:bold; font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:12px; background:url(Images/planks.png); }

  9. Dear admin, Please be informed that there seems to be a problem with the Java Request subforum. When trying to navigate there it forwards to 'HelioHost News' RSS feed. My reproduction steps: * use Firefox * log in using account pjvleeuw * go to Forums > HelioNet Customer Service * click on Escalated Requests * page http://www.helionet....lated-requests/ loads, and it looks ok, like a subforum page * go Back * click on Java Requests * page http://www.helionet....-java-requests/ loads, but looks like a Firefox RSS subscribtion page, showing HelioHost News (first to items 'Stevie Down For Maintenance' and 'Happy Holidays') * see screenshot attached Expected: * a subforum page similar to that of Escalated Requests Please let me know if this is a problem for me only of if you see the same behaviour. If you see the same behaviour, please let me know when I can access the Java Request forum again (I would like to activate it for my just-created account). Hope hearing from you, thank you for your time! Best regards, Paul

  11. Hi, I'm really happy that I joined heliohost. Currently I'm on Johny server and trying to use MODx CMF to create my personal page, but there're something little odd happened, I often get un-responded page and have to wait some minutes to get to manager page again. Sometimes I've pushed to be logged off (session seemed accidentally ended). Then, I look into the Error Log, and below is the error content: [2011-12-26 05:44:51] (ERROR in xPDOConnection::connect @ /home/x/public_html/home/core/xpdo/xpdo.class.php : 2955) SQLSTATE[42000] [1203] User x_mymodx already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections I'm sure that there's a mistaken (or limitation) on server config make this happened. Please tell me what can I do to get MODx run smoothly. Thanks, I think there's a bug with PDO extension and current version of Mysql server on Johny (which is 5.0.91). I wish our admin will upgrade it asap.
