Sadly, It didn't work. Whenever I try to login via my email address on the HelioHost website, it shows this: "There is no account in our database that matches that email address. Perhaps you misstyped it? If you're sure you typed it correctly you could create an account using that email. Otherwise you can try checking the status of another email address or username below." Only my previous email address works. Also, I am stuck on mobile site. If I log out, it would turn back to desktop site but it would go back to mobile site when I log back in. I even tried logging out of my phone's browser. Even clearing cache doesn't work. I need to get some sleep. It's 2 in the morning here. Hoping to find a solution later.

It might take some time if you're on Johnny.

The only thing that I think of is by going to http://webdisk.username.heliohost.org but you would need to login using your FTP account. I'm not sure creating a guest FTP account would work or not but even if it works, the visitor might have access to your personal files. EDIT: I haven't tried this yet but creating an FTP account for your clients might work since you can have a specific directory for them to access. This way, they can't access your personal files.

The username kide does not seem to be registered in the database. My guess is that your username is usbv135w and your site is on https://kide.heliohost.org. If that was the case, your account was not suspended but was archived due to inactivity.
