The 502 is normal and occurs every two hours during Apache restarts. 403 errors are normal if directory listings are disabled on a folder and there’s no index file present. SMTP host name is tommy.heliohost.org, with the full email address and password you create in Plesk as the credentials. There is a sending limit of 50 emails per day. Exceeding this limit will result in the loss of email services.

Hi Team, I added email functionality for my website upon login but mail is not working. Is mail server disable for this hosting or how it will work ? Please suggest possible ways or just send me the SMTP Configuration. Server loading is slow also and i am getting 403, 502 error when loading the website and after sometime it is loading as expected. Oh sorry, I forgot to restart the server, after restart it is now working.

It looks like it's a common issue that pops up on Hestia. I created the file /etc/nginx/conf.d/fixssl.conf and put these contents proxy_ssl_server_name on; proxy_ssl_name $host; Then I restarted Nginx and everything seems to be working now. Hello, I restored the backup and created this file, but misdirected request is still showing.

I have already downloaded the hestia backup. The tar file. I see it contains the files and databases. And probably the mailboxes also. Can you please make a rebuild.

I took a quick look around, and it looks pretty thoroughly broken. You'll probably need to do a rebuild. I recommend taking a backup of any files you need. Let us know when you're ready to proceed.
